2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse refund policies, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

2.3 Account Sharing: Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person or entity.

3.1 Pricing: We offer two payment options:

• Pay Per Use: $1.99 - $4.99 per tool use, charged at time of use
• Monthly Bundle: $59.99 per month for unlimited access to all tools

3.2 Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Monthly Bundle. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. If that date does not exist in a given month, you will be billed on the last day of that month.

3.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.

3.5 Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.

4.1 Eligibility: The 7-day money back guarantee applies only to:

• First-time subscribers to the Monthly Bundle
• Requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription date
• Accounts that have not previously received a refund

4.2 Non-Eligible Refunds: Refunds are NOT available for:

• Pay-per-use purchases (these are consumed immediately)
• Accounts that have previously received a refund
• Accounts linked to previously refunded accounts (by payment method, email, or device)
• Subscription renewals after the first month
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations

4.3 Refund Abuse Prevention: We track account identifiers including payment methods, devices, and other signals to prevent refund abuse. Accounts that request a refund will be flagged, and future accounts associated with the same identifiers will not be eligible for the money back guarantee.

4.4 Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our tools or their outputs without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from our Service
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing refunds, trials, or promotions
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6.1 Our Content: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Internet Wealth Master and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you input into our tools. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools based on your inputs is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

6.4 Restrictions: You may not use our branding, logos, or trademarks without explicit written permission.

7.1 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes from using our Service. Success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market conditions, and execution.

7.2 AI Limitations: Our AI tools may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

7.3 Third-Party Content: Our tools may reference or analyze third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information or the quality of third-party products or services.

7.4 Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.2 Exclusions: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8.3 Business Decisions: We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on information or suggestions from our tools.

9.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our Service. No refund will be provided for terminations due to violations.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to paid features will end. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
